Recently , Kaspersky Lab just realeased its newest edition of Kaspersky 2010 suite and they just remove the title “Beta” . I ‘ve tried some new functions of this edition , and what make me impressed most is that you can run programs in the sandbox in Kaspersky 2010 .

I won’t cost so much time on teaching you what the sandbox technology is . To be briefly , it’s just like a box , you run programs but no changes to your system . We know that online phishing and Trojan is so popular now and may which becomes the main threat to our PCs . But that’s why Sanbox is so important to us to keep us safe !

Go to the field “My security Zone” like above;

By default , Kaspersky 2010 just added IE to the sandbox and you can directly run it in the NO.1 Area by double clicks on the icon .

I really hope you can tell out the differences between the sandbox program and normal program ! ( The program running in sandbox has a Green Highlighted frame around it ! )

To add more programs , you can browser manually by click on the NO.3 Area and also , in NO.4 Area may show the program which you are running now !( yours may look different from mine !)

Of course , you can use NO.2 Area to save files and Docs when running Safe mode .

And at last , please note , you can only run them in sandbox by click the NO.1 icon . If you just click the icons on your desktop or somewhere else , they still run normally but not sandbox mode !
