Be noticed what's up here via your Email !

I amnot so sure about if you have the habit of checking your email box everyday , but at least , I do ! So I would like to gain some others’ update via Email Notification . Just some days ago , I add the Email RSS service from Google , and listed it in the left bar (It may chage whith the different templates I use ) , Just take a look at how to be noticed via this !
OK , I have to say this is just a simple stuff , what you need is just a Email ~
1.fill your email address in the inputbox like below :
2.Then another windows appears , and fill the correct CAPTCHA on the right side :
3.Go to your Email inbox and click the Verification link !
That’s all ! OK , next time , when you love someone’s blog or website and luckly they provide this method to feed , why not have a try ?
